Philip has been in the commercial real estate business since 1982. After graduating from the University of Florida with a business degree in commercial real estate and finance, he began his career with JMB Realty, a private investment firm based in Chicago that acquired the largest portfolio of commercial properties in the country. The investment and operating skills Philip obtained with JMB has enabled him to serve a variety of Triad based development and brokerage projects. In 1993 he joined Meridian Realty, growing with them for the better part of a decade before establishing his own firm. Since 2001, Stewart Realty has taken pride in focusing on a limited number of clients, representing their needs and interest in careful, strategized ways. Philip enjoys spending time with his three grown children, their spouses, and three grandchildren. Forever an outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys biking at Salem Lake and local greenways, hiking with the Piedmont Hiking Club, and birding with his friends in the Forsyth Audubon Society.
