Philip has been managing commercial real estate since 1982. He personally oversaw and directed the management operations of over 2 and one-half million square feet of premier office and retail properties throughout the Southeast United States. This experience is what enabled Philip to create added value to his clients’ properties that Stewart Realty manage.
